Non-Lethal Weapons
AVW has supported many Navy and Joint-led Non Lethal Weapons (NLW) initiatives. Our expertise has enabled our clients to identify programmatic voids and craft strategies that have directly contributed to four successful operational assessments for the Services. AVW has been instrumental in the development of NLW engineering plans, which have included mapping requirements to test objectives, developed scenario vignettes, produced operator and subject matter expert surveys and questionnaires, development of Fleet CONOPS and created sustainment and management plans. We have provided reliable services that were responsible for the fielding of fifty million dollars of cutting edge equipment to the Naval Surface, Air, Submarine and Expeditionary Forces. AVW's ability to analyze data and report results has consistently exceeded customer expectations. Current acquisition projects we support include; Navy Non Lethal Effects Program, USMC Ocular Interruption Program, Special Operations Command classified Projects and Long Range Ocular Interruption (LROI), which is currently the Navy's only Directed Energy related program of record.

Acquisition projects we are involved with include; Joint Warning and Reporting Network (JWARN), Joint Effects Model (JEM), Joint Operational Effects Federation (JOEF), Joint Expeditionary Collective Protection (JECP), Joint Nuclear Biological Chemical Radiological System (JNCBRS), and Joint Chemical, Biological, Radiological Agent Water Monitor (JCBRAWM).
