Senior Military Analyst; B.A., Business Management; 26 years of military service as a CWO specializing in the tactical employment of the Aegis Combat System with ten years of experience as a Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO). 3 years of civilian employment concentrating in the test and evaluation of the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) interoperability with the Aegis BMD combat system. Experienced with Lean Six Sigma and DoE.
